A recent study has discovered that a strong coffee could knock spots off other purported super supplements.

When measuring the performances of 14 cyclists during 20km time trials, scientists discovered that a dose of caffeine improved power and had positive effects for endurance athletes on blood lactate and the amount of oxygen consumed per breath.

Caffeine was up against a nitrate supplement which was discovered to have no noticeable helpful effects.
