Cold Water Therapy for Faster Cycling

Cold bath can do wonders for your cycling performance.

In tests done on seven top triathletes who completed running intervals before immersing their legs in cold water five times for 60 seconds. scientists at the South Australian Sports Institute discovered that nine hours after cold bath the athletes performed better in cycling time trials than when they didn’t use the cold water therapy.
