How to Ease Lower Back Pain?

What can you do if you experience lower back pain? The first port of call, obviously, has to be a correct bike set up but the majority of cyclists are very clued up about this.

A study on elite cyclists suggests that aches and pains that cyclists get are because of their activities outside of cycling.

Examine your gym routine. Could this be changed in any way and optimized?

Also think about what other sports you do and how do they affect you. Could they be the reason for your back pain? Analyze your activities and optimize them and there’s a high chance that you’ll get rid of your back pain.

What do you think?
