Hamstring pull? There are many exercises you can do to reduce hamstring strains and strain-proof these important, but potentially fragile power generators. You can try bridging exercises.
Diferrent versions of bridging exercises
1 The basic version of this exercise requires you to lie on your back, bend your knees and place your arms by your sides. Then press your heels into the ground and lift your hips, supporting your upper body on your shoulders.
2 You can do this exercise on one leg at a time too. Raise one leg and keep it straight (both thighs should be parallel to one and other). Lower slowly.
3 For the exercise, you may also use a Swiss ball as a base for your heels to bridge from. While doing this exercise, hold your legs straight. This version also allows you to pull the ball toward you and to push it away to do a hamstring curl. Keep your hips elevated throughout the exercise.
