Gas up with Caffeine

You may have heard that caffeine can really can put a spring in your step. Well, the rumors are true.

Some studies show that the (legal!) upper can give runners a 5% performance boost. Experiment with coffee or caffeinated gels on your training sessions to make sure your stomach can handle the jolt on race day.
