Health Benefits of Eating Raw Eggs?

Some people say that eating raw eggs has health benefits. Is there some truth behind it?

Unfortunately, there isn’t any dramatic benefit in eating raw eggs. Cooking changes the structure of the proteins in the eggs but the actual protein amount doesn’t; the protein amount is always about 6g per egg.

In fact, some of the proteins are better absorbed when cooked, and the risk of contracting salmonella is reduced a lot.
