A can of cola contains 9 teaspoons.

150 ml orange juice contains 2 1/2 teaspoons.

A 50g bowl of bran flakes contains 2 1/2 teaspoons.

A small pot of fruit yogurt contains 2 teaspoons.

A milk chocolate bar contains 2 teaspoons.
