Less Salt Reduces Headaches


New American studies discovered that people who reduced their salt intake from 8g/day to 4g/day had a significant 31 % drop in the number of headaches they suffer. What’s important is that the reduction in headaches was the same in people with normal or raised blood pressure. So don’t just reach for the medicine cabinet; rather consider what’s causing your ill health; it’s often lifestyle and diet-related.
