Mind Training: Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Mind Training: Neuro Linguistic Programming

It’s hard to know how to change, if you don’t know what’s wrong. That’s where neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) can help.

Basically, this is the exploration of how our thoughts affect our feelings, and how our feelings affect our actions. When you understand what’s not working, and know how to change it to make it work, this will have a powerful impact on your performance.

People are attracted by neuro-linguistic programming because the method is practical in application and can have fast but long-lasting effects. NLP is about our unconscious communications with ourselves.

Psychologists who work with neuro-linguistic programming look at how a client is thinking about their problem, examines the thoughts that influence feelings, which then influence behavior, which causes this person to underperform.
