A recent study carried by the Meat Advisory Panel (MAP) examined our ancestral eating habits and concluded that we aren’t eating as we should be.
In general, modern-day eating habits aren’t healthy. We are surrounded by foods full of sugar, simple carbohydrates and the wrong type of fats.
And what we should do?
Experts suggest a five-point plan that would help to put the modern eater back on track. We should opt for wholegrains and lean red meat, use honey and fruits to sweeten our meals, prepare fish twice a week and snack on nuts and seeds.
