Start Exercising At A Young Age

A recent study shows that if you start exercising at a young age, this often leads to greater levels of exercise among adults.

The study may be relevant for discussions concerning physical education for children in light of growing global obesity concerns. If children exercise regularly throughout school years, then there’s a higher chance they’ll exercise as adults, which could have far-reaching positive effects.
