The Healthiest Yoghurt Is…

Plain Greek yoghurt. A lot of yoghurts contain pureed fruit, but almost no vitamin C, and flavoured ones may contain several packets of sugar. Don’t buy yoghurts with the word “puree” in the ingredients list, and decide for whole fruit instead.

What is more, many flavoured yoghurts have less than 7g of protein, while plain Greek yoghurt will provide your body with more than 15g protein per serving.
