Top UK Cycling Trails: Swinley Forest, Berkshire

The trail centre jewel of Southern England, Swinley Forest has always been a hub for mountain cycling but it’s only in recent years that it’s become ‘official’.

The trails: a 13km Red, a 10km Blue and a sweet, easy 1.2km Green, provide way more fun than could one expect from such a flat area, and the sandy soil holds up well in all weathers. A totally different experience to the Welsh and Scottish centres but still great.
