Cycling 120 miles through the night from south London to the remote village of Dunwich on the Suffolk coast is as bonkers and memorable as it sounds.
It’s made all the more esoterically appealing by the fact that its date is dictated by the phase of the moon… The event is held on the nearest Saturday night to a full moon in July. Hundreds of riders make what’s quickly becoming a cult pilgrimage. This isn’t an ‘organised’ sportive but there’s a feed stop.
This year’s event: 4-5 July 2015
