After two weeks, the group who consumed vitamin D supplement were discovered to have lowered blood pressure in comparison to the participants in the placebo group.
The vitamin D supplement group also discovered they were able to cycle 30% further over 20 minutes after supplementation, as well as showing less signs of physical exertion.
