Every day you should pile your plate with fresh fruit and vegetables to keep your mind fit.

We all know how important vitamins from fresh, organic fruit and vegetables are for our mental and physical health. There’s also a number of studies carried out that prove there’s a connection between our diet and our mental health. Various studies show that if we’re lacking in vital nutrients, this could have a negative effect on our state-of-mind and mood.

So make sure that you eat a plate of foods rich in vitamins every day, and also don’t forget to drink plenty of water. Check if your body is sufficiently hydrated.
