Bagels with salmon and cream cheese

7 g P, 12 g F, 24 g CH


  • 4 sesame bagels
  • bunch of dill
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 8 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 onion


  1. Halve the bagels and toast in the oven until golden. Wash and pat dry the dill, then chop and mix with the cream cheese.
  2. Spread the cream cheese over the lower parts of the bagels, then place 2 salmon slices into each one. Peel the onion and cut into slices. Put the rings on the salmon slices and cover with the remaining bagel halves.
