INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)
- 4 sesame bagels
- bunch of dill
- 150 g cream cheese
- 8 slices smoked salmon
- 1 onion
- Halve the bagels and toast in the oven until golden. Wash and pat dry the dill, then chop and mix with the cream cheese.
- Spread the cream cheese over the lower parts of the bagels, then place 2 salmon slices into each one. Peel the onion and cut into slices. Put the rings on the salmon slices and cover with the remaining bagel halves.
