Banana peanut butter ice cream
- 4 very ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp milk of your choice
- Cut frozen bananas into slices and put in a food processor or blender with peanut butter and milk.
- Purée, scraping down the sides as needed, until you get a creamy or smooth mixture.
- Serve immediately or freeze for later.
