Banana peanut butter ice cream

Serves 4


  • 4 very ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2–3 tbsp milk of your choice


  1. Cut frozen bananas into slices and put in a food processor or blender with peanut butter and milk.
  2. Purée, scraping down the sides as needed, until you get a creamy or smooth mixture.
  3. Serve immediately or freeze for later.
