- 4 tbsp butter
- 80 g rolled oats
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 400 g strawberries
- 400 g cottage cheese
- Melt the butter in a pan. Add the oats and sugar in the hot butter and cook until golden, stirring all the time. Spread out on a plate and let to cool.
- Rinse and pat dry the strawberries, then hull and quarter. Mix the cottage cheese and oats, then divide between 4 bowls. Decorate with the strawberries and serve.
