Breakfast with strawberries and cottage cheese


Preparation time: cca. 10 minutes (plus toasting time)
Per portion cca. 265 kcal / 1113 kJ
15 g P, 10 g F, 25 g CH
Serves 4

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 400 g cottage cheese
  1. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the oats and sugar in the hot butter and cook until golden, stirring all the time. Spread out on a plate and let to cool.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the strawberries, then hull and quarter. Mix the cottage cheese and oats, then divide between 4 bowls. Decorate with the strawberries and serve.
