- 125 g cream cheese
- 75 g yoghurt
- 100 g black olives, pitted
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Combine the cream cheese and yoghurt in a bowl and stir until creamy. Chop the olives. Peel and finely chop the garlic, and combine the olives and garlic with the cream cheese.
- Wash and shake dry the basil, then chop the leaves. Combine with the cream cheese, and season with pepper.
- Dry fry the sesame seeds in a pan, then crush in a mortar and pestle to make a paste. Fold into the spread. Serve with multigrain baguette.
