Fish soup with garlic and dill

Preparation time: cca. 15 minutes (plus cooking and standing time)
Per portion: cca.  155 kcal / 651 kJ
25 g P, 4 g F, 3 g CH


  • 2 packets of soup vegetables
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 l fish or chicken stock
  • 500 g white fish fillet
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • bunch of dill


  1. Rinse, dry and trim the soup vegetables, peel if necessary, then cut into dices. Sauté in the hot butter. Add the stock, and simmer for 7 minutes.
  2. Wash and pat dry the fish and cut into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with vinegar and let to stand for 5 minutes. Then pat dry, and cook in the soup for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Peel and crush the garlic and add to the fish soup. Rinse and shake dry the dill, then chop and also add to the soup.
