INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)
- 500 g green beans
- 2 onions
- 200 g rice
- 50 ml olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 20 g butter
- ground paprika
- Trim and rinse the beans, then drain and chop into small pieces. Peel the onions, then cut into small dices. Rinse the rice and let to drain. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions. Stir in the rice and cook for a few moments, stirring frequently.
- Add 400 ml water, then stir in the beans and cook over a low temperature. After 5 minutes season with salt.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the ground paprika. Stir. Place the drained rice in a bowl and drizzle over the paprika butter. The dish can be served warm or cold.
