INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)
- 1 onion
- bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of chervil
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 swordfish steaks (250 g each)
- freshly chopped thyme for serving
- Peel the onion and cut into dices. Rinse and shake dry the dill and chervil, chop the leaves. Combine with the oil and lemon juice. Rinse and pat dry the swordfish steaks, and marinate for cca. 1 hour.
- Remove the fish from the marinade and drain, then put under a hot grill for cca. 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with the chopped thyme. Serve with braised vegetables and white bread.
