INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)
- 4 haddock fillets
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 400 ml fish stock
- 100 ml white wine
- 2 packets white sauce (ready-made)
- 2 tsp lobster paste
- 3 tbsp chopped dill
- Rinse and pat dry the haddock fillets and sprinkle over the lemon juice. Heat the fish stock with the white wine. Add the white sauce, stir and bring to the boil. Cook the fish fillets in the sauce for cca. 10 minutes.
- Add the lobster paste, and salt and pepper to taste, stir. Sprinkle with freshly chopped dill. Serve with boiled potatoes.
