Time for breakfast. Instead eating fried sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms and bread, prepare yourself healthy protein pancakes.
As tempting as this delicious breakfast may sound, and smell, for some really endurance eats get tossing.
The pancakes are an excellent, tasty way to increase your protein intake at breakfast time. This is crucial if you want to repair and develop new muscle; add blueberries and Greek yoghurt to improve gut health and immunity.
70g buckwheat flour
70g Maximuscle Promax breakfast oats
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. sea salt
300ml semi-skimmed milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. agave nectar
Combine the flour, Promax and baking powder. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and add to the flour mix. Combine well but don’t over mix (as with traditional pancakes). Prepare as scotch or American pancakes.
