- 400 g low-fat quark
- 125 ml milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- grated rind of ½ an unwaxed lime
- 2 tbsp ground almonds
- pinch ground vanilla
- 4 tbsp cream
- Stir together the low-fat quark, milk, honey and grated lime until creamy.
- Stir in the ground almonds and ground vanilla. Whip the cream until stiff, then fold into the quark. Serve immediately.
