Muesli with hazelnuts

5 g P, 9 g F, 30 g CH
Serves 4

  • 100 g crispy cereal flakes
  • 4 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • cca. 500 ml milk
  • honey to taste
  1. Mix the cereal flakes and chopped hazelnuts in a bowl. Pick over the blueberries, rinse in a sieve and leave to drain. Mix with the flakes and add the lemon juice.
  2. Put the muesli into 4 bowls, and pour cca. 125 ml milk over each serving. Sweeten with honey to taste, and serve immediately.
