- 100 g crispy cereal flakes
- 4 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- 250 g blueberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- cca. 500 ml milk
- honey to taste
- Mix the cereal flakes and chopped hazelnuts in a bowl. Pick over the blueberries, rinse in a sieve and leave to drain. Mix with the flakes and add the lemon juice.
- Put the muesli into 4 bowls, and pour cca. 125 ml milk over each serving. Sweeten with honey to taste, and serve immediately.
