Pistachio, Vanilla and Banana Smoothie is perfect in time for breakfast. 

This smoothie is a well-balanced blend of carbs, protein and essential fatty acids that also serves as a perfect recovery shake.

Ingredients

Makes 1 smoothie

  300ml Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp. vanilla Maximuscle Promax
banana or two
2 tbsp. honey
150g shelled pistachio nuts
2 tsp. vanilla extract
banana
smoothie

Preparation

Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, or prepare a nut-free banana and vanilla smoothie by adding an extra banana.
