Instead of drinking the builder’s milky tea
Pistachio, Vanilla and Banana Smoothie is perfect in time for breakfast.
Makes 1 smoothie
300ml Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp. vanilla Maximuscle Promax
banana or two
2 tbsp. honey
150g shelled pistachio nuts
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, or prepare a nut-free banana and vanilla smoothie by adding an extra banana.
