Quinoa porridge has many hidden powers it can become a useful tool in boosting your performance; whether that’s training or an event.
2 tbsp. honey
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground cardamom
240ml almond milk
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. agave nectar
Remember that you have to soak the quinoa 24 hours in advance. In a bowl put the quinoa, water and cider vinegar. Once soaked, drain the quinoa and rinse thoroughly. Now put the quinoa and almond milk into a saucepan and add the cinnamon, cardamom and agave nectar. Cook over a low heat for 12-15 minutes. Once cooked, sprinkle with the blueberries, raspberries and almonds. Serve.
