INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)
- 200 g thin tagliatelle
- bunch of mixed herbs
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 50 ml cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 lettuce hearts
- Cook the pasta in a large amount of boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse and shake dry the herbs. Chop the leaves, and mix two-thirds of them with the crème fraîche, cream and half the oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain the pasta, and mix with 1 tablespoon of oil, the rest of the herbs, salt and pepper. Rinse, dry and trim the lettuce hearts, then cut into pieces. Place the pasta salad on plates with the lettuce hearts on top, and drizzle over the herb dressing.
