The DMACC In My Boots 5K Ruck Walk/Run is an annual event to draw awareness to the high suicide rates among military members and veterans.  Fill your pack with non-perishable food items to donate to local food banks. Come join us at McHose Park in Boone, Iowa-April 22.2023 at 10am.  All proceeds benefit local veteran/refugee organizations.
